Every troop needs it's leader and our Head Coach hails from the USA. A proud Mets fan, accomplished MWDBA reps coach and accredited ABF umpire.

Neil Giordano - NS Bears Head Coach

Neil has eleven years of Baseball Coaching experience at all levels of Junior
Baseball including Representative and Tournament Baseball. He's developed and
led baseball clinics focusing on throwing, hitting, pitching and fielding mechanics
and is committed to helping Players reach their potential and giving them and
their parents a positive and enjoyable experience. As our Head Coach he sets the
example as the proper adult role model for children especially in regards to
personal behaviour, safety, inclusiveness, competitiveness and sportsmanship.

Neils Accreditations include:

​

– Level 3 Coaching Accreditation (BBNSW).

– Level 1 Umpire Accreditation (Australian Baseball Federation).
